Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Perishable items are shipped via expedited services (1–2 day delivery) to maintain freshness.
  • Non-perishable items are shipped via standard ground or expedited shipping based on your selection at checkout.
  • All shipments include tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping speed.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply to select products or order values.

Perishable Products

  • Shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs or cold packs as needed.
  • Orders containing only perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • We recommend someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.

Non-Perishable Products

  • Shipped throughout the week using standard packaging.
  • No special handling required.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.
  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
