Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the continental United States.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Perishable items are shipped via expedited services (1β2 day delivery) to maintain freshness.
- Non-perishable items are shipped via standard ground or expedited shipping based on your selection at checkout.
- All shipments include tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping speed.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to select products or order values.
Perishable Products
- Shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs or cold packs as needed.
- Orders containing only perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- We recommend someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.
Non-Perishable Products
- Shipped throughout the week using standard packaging.
- No special handling required.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
